The Italian leg of the Mountainboard European Tour, Downhill Series saw a massive day of racing in the Italian Alps.

The course was a mix of tight tree lines and open face track meaning the fastest times required a mix of flat out speed and technical commitment from the riders. Major props to the course designers and riders.

The event was run as a one man timed downhill race. Each competitor allowed 4 runs, the best 2 added together to give the final time.

Congrats to Jonathan Charles (UK) who fully owned the race that day - taking 1st place with a full 10 seconds to spare.
Marcin Hreziak from Poland just took the 2nd place with only 0.4 seconds separating him and Tom Kirkman (UK) in 3rd.
