The Scrub Balance Board is a special training "toy". It is great fun to use and really improves your balance in all sports.

The board is a standard deck with a plastic runner underneath to keep it attached to the roller. The roller is curved in shape and each side can move on it's own making spins etc much easier to achieve. The roller is also attached to the board with a elastic strap to avoid those incidents when it shoots off on it's own!

The ride of the board is fast and hard to control at first but great fun when mastered. with the kick tails it has much more of a "skate" feel.
